Wet Memorial Day

This spring we have received all the rain we never saw last summer and then some.
Unfortunately, we live a bit out of town and every few years, the road to town floods.
This afternoon, the weather was very pretty and we wanted to get out of the house so we went down to see the flooded road and to wade in the water.

Both my girls had so much fun.

We live about a mile up this road.

This is route E between the "twin bridges".

Our dog Pasha LOVES to swim.  Never had a dog that was so crazy about water!

My favorite photo!

How to Tell that You Need a Pool

It's started out innocently enough.  She just wanted to play with the hose.

Then she wanted to play in the water.

Daddy was planting flowers for Mama.  (Grandma taught him well.)

Go play in the water!!

Soon it was naked!

Mama fetched a proper swim suit.

As always, Pasha LOVED to get wet.

OK...I added a puddle pool to my shopping list!

Hunting Season

Today Grandma and Grandpa came to visit so they could meet Pasha and Grandpa could hunt with Daddy.

Pasha was a good girl all day.

Grandma and Alli had fun cooking.

Someone is silly!

"I saw a deer go that way!"

Must be forecasting rain because the Goose has on her rain coat.

We named her Pasha.
She comes to work with me every day.

Ha Ha Tonka

On the way home from picking up the puppy, we stopped at Ha Ha Tonka state park to get a break from the car. It was very interesting and I hope we can go back sometime and explore more when I am not in charge of a brand new puppy.
