This morning, Grandma Arden and I found some early bird bargains at Kohl's and did some other shopping while James did a few chores around the house. My mom is a little old lady living alone, so it is much appreciated when a man shows up and does some work.

Then, at nap time we loaded up the new car and drove home from St. Louis. The new car was sure nice for a road trip...........worked great.

Once we arrived home, Alli was rested and ready to play. It was hot out and she had the best time splashing in the puddle in our driveway (aka Boone Lake).
