Today my friends and I participated in the Bike MS fund raising ride for Multiple Sclerosis.

The weather was perfect and we had the best time. I biked about 85 miles (avg. speed 18 mph) and felt great. This ride was not just a fun way to spend the day for a good cause, it was also a huge confidence booster for me getting ready to do my Half Iron Man triathlon in just two weeks from now.

I don't think I've ever seen Mike smile, he just always has that smirk on his face! LOL!!!
