My New Fider

Today I hung up my birthday present from Cherie. It goes perfectly with my kitchen. When she picked it out, she thought it was a bug, but upon further examination it is a spider. This, I think is really cool. (Thanks Cherie!)

Alli can’t pronounce the “sp” in spider….. so she says fider. She also says that when it is raining she can hear the “funder”. For some reason I think the word funder is the best.

Another favorite pronunciation of hers is when she says sweaty or pretty they sound the same. It always delights me when I walk out of the gym and she says “Mommy, you look so pretty” and I feel all flattered and then I realize she said sweaty.
