Every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 5:30 a.m. I do a group run. I usually run with Stina, but I also get to say hi to some peeps and if she is not there I try to glob on to some unsuspecting soul so I don’t have to run alone.
This week the weather has been super nice with morning temps in the 60s. Normally, with James out of town I would not be able to go do my usual morning run which would make me sad, sad, sad. Lucky for me, Sissy has come over and spent the night twice this week so I could get out and enjoy these incredibly beautiful mornings.
It is a joy to get up at 5 am when it is sunny and cool for your 5:30 a.m. run!
