Last fall Bean saw this night gown at Target and begged for it. I looked at the price tag ($15) and said “NO WAY!” Today we were in the Target and it was on the clearance rack for $5 so I got it for her. When we got home she told us she loves her new night gum. Her father and I both told her it is a night GOWN, not gum...."you know, like wedding GOWN."
She disagreed and very carefully explained to us that it is a night GUM and even Grandma has one. She went so far as to say “GUUMMM” very carefully so we knew exactly what she was trying to pronounce.
So, we thanked her for setting us straight and now we all love her new night gum too.
