Today Malcolm turns 17!
I cooked him his special request dinner. We had barbequed deer roast, cooked potatoes and carrots and for desert, an ice cream cake.
And of course, he got what all 17 year old boys want for their birthday, cash!

That's called your golden birthday when you turn the same age as the date. I love ice cream cake. Any left?
I sent what was left of the cake home with the boy. I am pretty sure it is all gone by now.
GOLDEN birthday sounds like something you would have when you are old and retired!
