We spent the weekend at home doing projects and just relaxing. It was snowy and cold outside, so we focused on indoor projects.

James decided to tackle the hole in the wall in our bathroom and make the planned closet. He got all the framing done, installed a plywood floor and drywall walls. Now we will order a door from Lowe’s and it will be done. It will be nice to have the extra storage in our bathroom.

Lately, Alli is into eating salad with Raspberry vinaigrette dressing. She will just eat and eat it. She can pretty much stab the lettuce on her own if she is provided with a real fork. At one point, I thought she was done and offered to clear her dishes and get her down. I got an angry response. Instead, she wanted me to scoop the last little bit out of the bottom and feed it to her.

Around 10 am on Sunday morning, Alli told us she wanted to go to school. She loves school now. I am glad she loves school, but also sad that Mommy and Daddy are just not as much fun to her as they used to be.

Alli loves to do puzzles and gets better and better at them all the time.

Zoe didn’t want to make cookies with me, but Alli did. She did a great job. I plan on doing many more baking projects with her in the near future.

I found Alli getting comfy on her couch and thought it was so cute I took this picture. She watched Bee Movie at least twice this weekend. I finally bought it for her...on sale at Wal-Mart. I found out that Jerry Seinfeld not only did the voice, but pretty much wrote the movie. No wonder it is so witty. If you have not seen it, it is really good for all ages.

We also watched The Da Vinci Code. Good movie....enjoyed it. I think it was better than Angels & Demons.

Sophie loves salad, too. I never would have expected toddlers to like salad. Maybe it's a bean thing? :)
