After work, Alli and I went to Toys-R-Us to get Alli her very own Cozy Coupe.

They were having a Little Tikes sale and I just couldn’t resist. We got her a pink one and we also got this guitar FOR FREE !!!

.........she picked it out. I was all for it because it actually has some music that I like (for a change). Here are the songs it plays: Message in a Bottle by The Police, Crazy little thing called Love by Queen, Wild Thing by the Troggs, Love Shack by the B-52s, and Allstar by Smashmouth.

When we got home, the sun was shining and it was so pretty outside. I decided to see if I could get the car together for her so she could use it in the drive way. I dumped out all the parts and found the lengthy instructions and knew I was in trouble. I tried to put it together, but the instructions were poor and Alli was trying to climb in the thing while I was working on it. Finally, after I was sure I had secured the front wheels incorrectly; I got frustrated and gave up. Later, Daddy came home and finished the assembly. He agreed that building the Cozy Coupe was not easy and constituted a total drag!

We then loaded up the car and headed for Kansas City.
